Decadently Delicious Cookies
My story
One of my biggest passions has always been food. I believe it’s not only important for our nutrition and survival, but it’s part of our cultural identity. As a child, I grew up eating delicious food and learning how to always start with the freshest and best ingredients at the market.
In addition to that, there’s the magic of creativity, and a key ingredient, which is love. I love the entire process of making my cookies, from start to finish. When you love what you do, you put a piece of yourself into it.
I think that’s why my cookies are so full of flavor.

My first child left for college and I wanted to bring a piece of home. I always loved cooking and entertaining, and baking was a new frontier for me. One day I was playing around and making cookies and little by little and I started to perfect my chocolate chip recipe. I tried it out on my family and friends and they really liked it, In fact they liked them so much they said I should sell them!
I let that idea bounce around in my head, until one day I decided to try out for our local Green Market in 2020 in West Palm Beach, Florida. After a couple of rejections, I finally got a call back to participate. The third time’s the charm! I immediately said yes.
That was my proof of concept. People bought my cookies and I had many return customers. Sometimes people were waiting in line at the market!
For me it’s a great feeling to create something that people enjoy and share. Little did I know that I’d bump into Kelly Clarkson, give her a cookie and the next thing I know is I’m invited to discuss my baking journey on her show!
This is the beginning of my journey to make decadently rich and delicious cookies and share them with you and the world. Thank you for coming with me.
